PA for a Day

Secretary Plus helps companies get the best out of themselves by supporting their managers with personal assistance. To enable managers to discover that a Secretary Plus Assistant can make a difference within one day, we offered them a Personal Assistant on a one day trial.

Using LinkedIn data and a matching system, we matched 'hot prospects' to the PA that suited them best. These managers received a LinkedIn video message in which they were personally addressed and saw how a 3D model of the matched PA was made. A day after the video, this 3D doll was delivered to the manager's office, with the proposal to have the real PA come help for a day.

In addition to the personalized videos, we used social advertising and social selling for a wider reach. This resulted in a fantastic engagement and a doubling of the number of posted vacancies and applications.
